Conditions:

Used vehicles unpacked and unprotected, ship is not responsible for dents, bents, scratches, bumps, pilferages, missing and removable fittings and / or accessories and damages whatsoever of any kind, even if not noticed before shipment. Shippers have been warned not to leave personal effects or articles inside vehicles tendered for shipment.

Carrier does not accept responsibility for any such items left in vehicles contrary to instructions and not checked onto vessel.
Payments must be done in cash in argentinean pesos, us dollars or euros or it can be transferred to our bank account in new york.
We do not take credit cards.

At terminal, only payments in pesos are accepted.
Passengers have 5 days free of stowage at the terminal prior to the vessels arrival date.

Drugs form will by required and should be send to us duly signed in following terms:

“we hereby confirm that we have been duly warned by grimaldi lines / j.e.turner & co. Buenos aires, that strict and severe controls on drug trafficking are being made in buenos aires, brazil and europe.

we therefore declare that we will take full and sole responsibility for our acts in case that any infraction to the law regarding drug trafficking should arise on our part.

we also understand that the line reserves the right to seek indemnity in case of any delay / loss imposed on the vessel provoked by any action of port authorities due to infraction of law”
