the shipper/agent of any liability whatsoever.
2) The acceptance is given basis of the information
stated herein and that the shipper has stowed,
packed, marked and issued the relevant documentation
in accordance with the IMDG regulations. Failure
to comply will result in rejection of the shipment.
3) All applications must be submitted no later
than 4 working days prior to vessels arrival
at the load port.
4) All cargo must be delivered to the load port
no later than 24 hours prior to the shut out
time advised by the ship operator – no
deliveries for that vessel will be accepted
after this time.
